French New Year's Scattergories Game - Nouvel An This is a really fun activity to play with your students before and after the New Year as they practice and build their vocabulary in French. These cut and paste worksheets will help your beginner French students learn the days of the week and the months. Great for core French and immersion schools! French Si Clauses - 1st Conditional - 25 practice cards This is a set of 25 cards to really get some good practice in while teaching first conditional si clauses using the present and future tenses. Each card has one student ask a question using a si clause, and the second student is prompted to give an open ended response.

Students of all ages will enjoy putting this French passé composé with être and avoir puzzle together. Divide your students into small groups and give each group a photocopy of the puzzle. Have them cut out the squares, mix them up, and put them back together again matching the verbs in French and English. Once they've done it a few times you could have a class competition to see which group and put the puzzle together the fastest. They love it!!
